Introducing
Human SDR Mode™

We heard your feedback. AiSDR was performing too well. Teams told us they missed the authentic energy of their human SDR team. So we built it back in.

What’s included

Every feature of human outreach.
Faithfully replicated.

We listened. Here’s what we built.

💬
Just Checking In™ Follow-ups
Adds “Just checking in!” to every third follow-up automatically.
Realistic Monday Volume Control
Caps daily sends at 11 emails. Coffee breaks, LinkedIn scrolling all accounted for.
✏️
Subject Line Simplification Engine
Replaces all subject lines with “Quick question” or “Following up on my last email.”
End-of-Quarter Distraction Simulation
Inserts a 2-day response delay to simulate genuine end-of-quarter distraction.
📋
Template Personalization™
Randomly selects one of 4 generic templates and calls it “personalization.” [FIRST NAME] counts.
🙏
Pre-Emptive Apology Opener
Auto-adds “I know you’re busy, but…” to every opening line.
📅
Friday 4:58 pm Calendar Sync
Times all follow-ups to land as prospects are mentally checked out for the weekend.
🎯
Wrong Contact Routing
Occasionally sends to the wrong contact (authenticity feature, not a bug).
🔍
LinkedIn Deep Stalk™
Opens LinkedIn to research the prospect. 47 minutes later, has read their 2019 conference talk, their wife’s food blog, and is now 2 hours deep on X “monitoring the situation.” Email not written.
📨
Per My Last Email™ Auto-Insert
Detects no reply and opens the next follow-up with “Per my last email…” Conveys frustration while maintaining deniability.
🎧
Motivational Recovery Mode
Pauses all outreach for 14 minutes after a rejection to watch a YouTube video about mindset. Resumes with slightly more aggressive copy.
😊
Emoji Sincerity Booster™
Appends 😊 to follow-ups #3–5. Switches to 🙏 on the breakup email.
❖ Advanced Feature

Personalize by Attachment Style™

Finally. B2B outreach
rooted in attachment theory.

Bowlby identified four attachment styles in 1969. He was talking about infants. We applied it to cold email. He would not have approved.

😌
Clinically healthy
Secure
One email. One follow-up. A 12% reply rate and a normal resting heart rate.

Sends something specific and well-researched, follows up exactly once with something new to say, and accepts whatever happens next without entering a spiral. This is what your best rep looks like before two years in the job breaks them.

😬
Clinically significant
Anxious-Preoccupied
Follows up 6 times, apologizes for each one, then apologizes for the apologies.

Opens every email with “so sorry to bother you again” and closes with “absolutely no pressure whatsoever.” The prospect has named the thread “the situation” and forwarded it to a colleague with no additional context. HR has been notified. Nobody is sure why.

🙃
Chronic
Dismissive-Avoidant
Wrote the perfect email seven weeks ago and still hasn’t sent it.

The subject line has been rewritten fourteen times. The draft lives in a folder called “send when ready” alongside 93 others. The prospect got promoted while waiting. Salesforce notes read “nurturing,” which is technically not a lie.

🤯
Acute presentation
Disorganized-Fearful
Sent five emails in nine minutes to a Marcus who handles something entirely different.

The first email went to the wrong Marcus. The correction went to the wrong Marcus and accidentally CC’d the VP of Sales. The apology for the CC also went to the wrong Marcus. The right Marcus has never heard of this company and is now mildly concerned about a stranger’s wellbeing.

Customer testimonials

Brave early adopters.
Real feedback.

★★★★★

“Finally, I can experience the chaos of a 22-year-old SDR having a rough quarter without the HR paperwork.”

Sarah K.
VP Sales
★★★★★

“We enabled Human SDR Mode for one week. Our reply rate dropped 34%. Felt just like the old days.”

Marcus T.
Head of Growth
★★★★★

“The ‘wrong contact’ feature really captures the spirit of Q4 desperation. 10/10. Please never ship this.”

Availability

Human SDR Mode™ is available on all plans

We’re not proud of it, but we built it.

Attachment Style Targeting™ requires the Growth plan or higher — because apparently applying a 1969 infant psychology framework to B2B pipeline generation requires premium infrastructure. Disorganized-Fearful Style is Enterprise only. We made it Enterprise because we were legally advised to limit its distribution.

Note: Human SDR Mode™ and the AI Quality Filter cannot run simultaneously. One filters out bad outreach. The other is bad outreach. The universe requires this.

Human Review Panel

Every submission reviewed by
our strictest human panel.

We couldn’t automate taste. So we hired five of the most unforgiving people we could find. Select one below and submit your email to find out who you got.

1
Choose your reviewer
😤
Disappointed Mom
Sighs heavily. Still loves you. Makes it worse.
“I’m not angry. I’m just disappointed.”
👴
Angry Old Man
Wrote letters. Hates your generation’s laziness.
“Back in my day, we called it effort.”
🏋️
Drill Sergeant
No excuses. This is embarrassing. Drop and rewrite.
“I’ve seen rocks with more discipline.”
💅
Bored Gen Z Intern
Unbothered. Savage. Maximum eye-roll energy.
“Not my problem, bestie.”
🧑‍⚖️
Stern Judge
Formal. Measured. Devastating.
“Mercy is not on today’s docket.”

FAQ

Frequently
Asked
Questions

Does Human SDR Mode™ comply with GDPR? +

The wrong contact routing may raise questions in certain jurisdictions. We recommend consulting your legal team before enabling Disorganized-Fearful Style in the EU.

Can I disable the wrong contact routing? +

No. It is load-bearing. Authenticity cannot be partial.

Why would anyone want this? +

Customer feedback. We have it in writing. Several people asked for “something that feels more human.” We took that seriously, perhaps too seriously.

What happens if I enable both Human SDR Mode and Attachment Style Targeting? +

They were designed to work together. The combination is called a “full deployment.” Your legal team will know what to do.

Is the Motivational Recovery Mode configurable? +

The 14-minute pause is fixed. We tested shorter durations. The copy that came back was worse.

How do I know if I’m already running Human SDR Mode? +

Submit your cold email to the panel below. If they find anything, you’ve been running it. Most people have been running it for years without realising.

April Fools · 2026

We built the joke.
The problem is real.

Happy April Fools. Human SDR Mode™ doesn’t exist. But if the panel flagged something, that part isn’t a joke.
We love SDRs. But we feel they should spend their days on the work that matters, not the work AI can do better.
